TRICKY ¼ Tone

At the request of a musician who wanted not only to play "out" but to go even further, we built the quarter-tone trumpet. He emphasized that the instrument should be highly versatile in sound, but normal standards would also do the trick.

The name Tricky comes out of the multiplicity in both sound and tonal worlds that this trumpet makes available. It really does get tricky, exploring and exploiting its vast capabilities.
