The alto flute with its strong, warm and round sound is a real highlight in our history of instrumentmaking. Its low frequencies, which can be felt across its entire range, immediately transport not only the player but also the listener into another world. In each individual tone one hears an enormous depth and incomparable blend.
The body is of hand-hammered and drawn brass. The soldered tone holes are made of nickel-silver and the hand-formed lip plate is silver.
